Caldera Romantica

This hotel boasts a fantastic location from which to enjoy the famed caldera/sunset views of Santorini. Local buses go from the village to the rest of the island and the beach is not far away. A great location overlooking the sea from all sides, this hotel is situated just above Akrotiri on the road to Faros. It is a very peaceful and relaxing location. The airport is 25 minutes away by car, the closest beach is 5 minutes away, the main village of Akrotiri with its taverns and shops is just a couple of minutes from the hotel. Akrotiri is famed for the archeological excavations that have taken place there.

A 3 storey stone washed white building, typical of the area, facing the caldera side of the sea a swimming pool behind the main building. The rear of the building also overlooks the sea but from the East. The hotel is surrounded by fields.

The lobby is medium in size and decorated in a traditional style with local artifacts adorning the walls.

Rooms are medium in size with tiled floors, white walls and traditional wooden furniture. Facilities include air-conditioning, television, and refrigerator.
