If you are staying at this hotel before May dont expect the Air Con to be working, 'its winter' will be the response from the staff. Not clever in April when temps can reach well into the 20's. It kind of rubs salt into the wound when they try and charge 2 Euros for Ice to take to the room !!!

We complained as it states Air Con on website and after 2 days were given a Suite with panoramic views of the bay was provided and they switched the Aircon on apparently - Fabulous room with Aircon so rest oif stay was great.

Dont waste any money on the 'Health Spa' as most of it was broken/not working when we stayed there.

The worst part of the hotel has to be the surly/bordering on rude reception staff. They really let what is otherwise a very pleasant hotel down
