We thought the Aalborg was expensive for what we got - the room was basic and quite noisy but everything was clean and the tram stop to Central Station was directly out the front.

I would reccomend this hotel as it is very clean and friendly, the hotel staff were very friendly and seemed to know a lot about the city. The hotel seemed to be in a reasonably good location, the center and points of interest were only a short tram journey away.
The room was small but comfortable with a double bed as opposed to two singles pushed together as with a few hotels we have stayed in. One of the main downfalls with the room was the fact that the shower was very small and not being a particularly tall person I still found it difficult to shower comfortably, there was also no minibar but the hotel bar seemed pretty well stocked and this is also where breakfast is served which is a continental breakfast.
Overall the hotel is good value for money, comfortable and situated in an easily accessible location. We would happily book this hotel again.

The hotel room is very small but comfortable. If you are prepared for this you will be fine, I expected a bigger room and was taken by surprise. Breakfast is awesome and you should definetely have some. Also the staff is very friendly. Wirless internet is free and I was able to use my laptop in my room, they also have a computer downstairs which can be used 24/7 for free.
