i recommend hem hotel to everyone to travel to amsterdam.
it was very clean ,the room was very comfortable and the hotel crew was very kind and the service was perfect.certainly it good value for money.

The hotel is a 20 min ride away from Central Station (tram number 2 and get off at Westlandgracht) but to me that was a good thing as we got to see more of Amsterdam and a feel for where everything was. The trams are very frequent and we didnt have to wait long for one.

When we arrived at the hotel we were allowed to leave our luggage in a keycoded room until we could check in which was great and saved us having to cart it around until then.

The hotel itself was clean and spacious and for what we paid was a bargain as Amsterdam isn't cheap! We had the buffet breakfast included in the price and was very nice.

I wasnt expecting much from the hotel because of other peoples reviews but I was pleasantly surprised and would stay there again!

yes. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. I was quite impressed with this hotel. It was good value for the money. It met my expectations. The breakfast was very good. The staff are all very nice. very polite, always smiling and very accommodating. If I will be back in Amsterdam, I will stay again in this hotel.

We didn't expect any 5 star shine from this hotel on the first place. It met our demands for a clean, decent hotel for a few nights stay. It is situated quite nicely so that you can use tram line no. 2 to get city centre. Trip takes about 10-15 minutes. We stayed in the main building (the hotel also has an adjacent building with rooms across the yard) and our room was in good shape and it was kept clean on daily basis. Breakfast was fine and provided a good start for every day. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for the budget-minded traveller!

Spacious and clean room in main building, super breakfast buffet, friendly service, good food-corner, great value for money!
