The location of this hotel just speaks for itself! - 1 minute to Anne Frank's House, 5 minutes to Dam Square, 7 minutes to the Flower Market; in other words within a walking distance of all major sights, museums and shopping areas. The central situation of the Nadia, combined with an extremely friendly atmosphere, make this a superb choice as a base from which to explore Amsterdam. Rooms are small but creatively designed and all offer the same level of comfort with plenty of storage space. The hotel was totally refurbished in 1999 and accommodation is standard throughout, aside of every room being a different shape and size! The Nadia is housed in a historic, canal corner, gallery building and underneath the hotel is an arcade of traditional Amsterdam shops and restaurants. Guests should note the hotel does not have any elevators and twin rooms are not available.

Pleasant staff, but all terribly cramped, from the reception desk to the breakfast room.Possibly the most meagre 'continental breakfast' I have ever had in Europe-no cereal or fruit.Dreadfully noisy and no double glazing, so sleep wasn't easy! Very inauspicious entrance and the stairs have to be seen to be believed. Not for the elderly or those who suffer from vertigo.

good points-very clean and pleasant hotel, with helpful staff.good position for travelling around central amsterdam. bad points -room very small, also stairs extremely steep and 3 flights of them so not suitable for everyone.

Best little hotel ever! Very, very good value for money. And what a staff! Nice, friendly and very service-minded. Perfect location. When in Amsterdam, I will always stay at Nadia Hotel. I will highly recommend the hotel to others.

The only thing is that the room at the last level have a strong smell of weed maybe because of the extraction machine of smoke. It's quite bad for non smokers ...
