I can recommend this hotel to others. The shower was not clean, especially the water-spray and the roof in the shower. Otherwise OK.

We came to Amsterdam for a five day trip and found the hotel very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a double bed and got x3 singles but the size of the room was large. We asked to change to the room we asked for and the staff member was very helpful to our request and we viewed the room but decided to stay in the larger room as we had a full size suitcase and also a small one. The double bed was quite small and against a wall but the two twins together made a king size bed. Breakfast was nice with a selection of cereals, ham, cheese and some hot options. the hotel is easily accessable from the airport. Take a train to Amsterdam central and then a 15 minute tram ride (number 2 or 16) .

Very good value for money - didn't know what to expect with no previous reviews - very pleasantly surprised Friendly staff. Decent sized clean rooms, mine had a balcony! Tram stops ~50m away Ideal for Concertbouw, Museumplein & Vondel Park Close to Museumplein & VondelPark On quiet street (but not remote), Good restaurants close by (friendly Italian just across the road)

Quiet area (although you may notice the church bells if you're facing the street). Near No 2 tram stop. Room small and a bit cramped. Decor and furniture a little jaded. Air conditioning worked. Buffet breakfast bland but plentiful. Pleasant staff. Free room safe.
