Check in and out was smooth. Staff at the lobby was nice and helpful in answering questions about Disney.
Only sore point was lines during breakfast. The breakfast hall was large but in the serving area things were placed very close together. Toaster was a major bottle neck. Foofd quality was good as far as complementary breakfasts go.

The location was ideal; only a short 5-10 minute walk from Disneyland. My family enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub especially after a long day. The lobby was clean and parking was free. The rooms, albeit small, were clean. The towels could use a huge makeover. The breakfast was definitely a continental not leaving much to be desired. We plan on going to Disneyland next year and are looking into using another hotel. Despite all of this, the hotel was clean and acceptable and sufficient for our needs.
