My wife, two small kids and I had a very nice stay at the Disneyland Hotel. Rooms are not large by any means, but they were very clean, quiet and included a small fridge which kept the juice and milk cold. Subtle little Disney touches throughout the room were fun for the kids to discover. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and there was a nice big pool that stayed open until 10 p.m. Sure, you can save a lot of money by staying in nearby off-resort hotels and motels, but for us, the convenience of the Disneyland Hotel to the park and Downtown Disney -- as well as Goofy greeting the kids in the lobby -- made the heavy price tag more tolerable, and the family vacation much more memorable.

I would like to sincerely recommend the Disneyland Hotel. I stayed there for a couple of days with my wife while catching up to my brother and his two children (2 and 4 years old). Two days before our trip I broke my leg and thought that I would be doing disneyland on crutches. The staff at the disneyland hotel couldn't possibly have been more helpful. Getting us a room in the main tower only a floor above the lobby, getting me a wheelchair and providing a zillion recommendations for making our stay at disney an absolute blast. I would not think for even one second before staying at the Disney Hotel again. kudos for yor excellent service !!!

i would reccomend this hotel to others. The hotel is very well run and offers great benifits to those staying in it . Early entry into Disneyland, priority booking in the resturants of Disneyland, and anything that you buy in the park they will send to your room. Staff are very helpfull. It is expensive but it also takes a lot of the hassle out of staying in disney.
