The hotel itself was fine, nothing fancy, but fine. However, the beds weren't very comfortable and the neighborhood was a real turn-off.

Well, It's way cheap which is a plus. The room I had was good, mostly clean, and large. Plus, you got breakfast. The downside to this hotel is the neighborhood it's in. Though it is convenient being close to a large city-center and connected to the rest of Athens with two tram lines, the neighborhood is really bad. The square is known as the 'Bad part of town' and then it's off the particularly 'sketchy' road, and not only that it's down a dark ally coming off of this road. I didn't go out after 9 for fear of my safety, but I was by myself. If you are in a group or not planning on staying out late, it wouldn't be a problem whatsoever. So stay here! Just stay here with a group of friends.
