From El Venizelos Airport: Follow the suburban line towards the centre of Athens and alight at Neratziotissa station. From here take the green line metro towards Pireas and alight at Ano Patissia. Then take the trolley bus or bus towards Omonia Square and alight at the Lyssiatrio bus stop. The hotel is right in front of the bus stop.
