This Super 8 was everything that I expected. The room was fairly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the internet was free. Several people who attended the same event as me paid twice the price for a room (in a nicer hotel) and were charged $15/day for internet access.

The rooms are fine. The internet was down for a few days, and the treadmill in the 'fitness room' was not working either. These were two things that I had specifically searched for when booking this hotel. There is also no guest laundry. While I don't expect a Super 8 to be a 5 star hotel, I just would have liked the basics to have been working. I will say the staff was very friendly. There were a lot of street people begging on the way to some of the restaurants. Being from New York, I'm used to this, but they would tend to follow you and give you a sob story. Street people here rarely follow you or try to give you a story. I only mention it b/c some people may not be used to that. In the end, we saved a ton staying there for a week.

The value from skoosh was amazing! No problem with them.The service at the hotel was poor. First was an issue of billing, handled extremely poorly. Second was the validating through them as well. I brought my ticket in and they said sorry, you parked in the wrong garage. What! I parked where you told me too! Sorry, out 24.00. Would never recommend this hotel again, the housekeeping was lacking. There was tons of dust/dirt on the ceiling fan, and more to boot. I have a complaint issued with super 8, waiting to call me about, the soonest I will hear something is the 13th of August.

The room was clean and fairly updated. The best facet of this hotel was the value in relation to the convenient location (to the conference center.) Other than elevator problems, this hotel met and even exceeded my expectations.

first sing that it wasn't a great hotel was when standing in the lobby to check in there were two seperate customers complainig about the service they were getting. When we got to our room we called down to tell them something was leaking in the bathroom the whole floor and counters were wet, they said they would send someone in the morning. since it was late we just went to bed. When we got up that morning the roof tiles were bowed, the floor was flooded and the lights would not work. After we complained that we could not clean up and get ready they gave us another room to use the bathroom. I have stayed in cheap hotels in the past and never expirianced what we did at Super 8.
