La Sayuela is a 4 star hotel in

The rural house is a single-storey building with exterior stone walls 60 centimetres thick and woodwork on the outside and the inside. This makes it efficient to cool in the summer and heat in the winter. Guests are welcomed into a reception hall with 24-hour check-in and check-out service. There are five bedrooms, each looking out onto a different view of the Gredos Mountains or the valley of Tietar. The lounge has a wooden ceiling 6 metres high and a warm fireplace, which create an especially spacious and comfortable atmosphere. There is also a large library with a superb selection of books of all genres. Guests can enjoy the view from a bay window and be captivated by the landscape or gaze at the night sky, with or without a telescope, to see the stars in all their splendour.
