Yes, I would most definately recommend to others. Very close to Raven Stadium and also Inner Harbor eating and shopping. Valet Parking well worth the extra $8.00. Staff very helpful. Requested a cot at 10pm. It was at our room in a matter of minutes and at no additional charge!
Although no continental breakfast, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and donut holes were available in the lobby. A great value for the price.

Yes, I would recommend the hotel to others. I was most impressed with the customer service. I travel often and it is sad how often staff seems to look for ways to say "no". Here, the response was always "yes" first. Or you didn't even have to ask, the staff was taking initiative, trying to make sure that every need was taken care of. The rate that Skoosh gave me was excellent and allowed me to make this trip. I was close to cancelling the trip because I couldn't find an affordable rate. I was very satisfied w/ my experience here.

Very disappointing. Was expecting much more.

Staff was not very friendly. Plumbing was horrible; the toilet ran for a long time and the sink made extremely loud gurgling sounds. To top it off, the windows in my room crossed room boundaries, so I could plainly hear talking in the adjacent room until late in the night.

Great location, but next time I'll stay at the Hyatt.

I thought the room was excellent, the bedding and towels were wonderful. You can't beat the location. It's right off the highway, and just steps from the inner harbor. They don't include breakfast, but had a wonderful buffet for $12. I would highly reccomend this hotel

The hotel was very nice and extremely clean, however the pool was incredibly small. It was conveniently located to Camden Yards and the Inner Harbor. Over all I would recommend this hotel.
