I was particularly disappointed when it took them an hour and a half and SIX phone calls to get the airport shuttle to pick me up. The hotel is less than five miles from the airport. At one point the airport shuttle arrived, paused at the other end of the road for about 30 seconds and then drove off. I called the hotel, they said they'd "send him right back around" 30 minutes later still no shuttle. Upon checking in I could not access my room. They "re-keyed" my lock 3 times before they called maintenance who informed me the lock was broken, had been for days and that if I went out and then needed to get back into my room I should call maintenance again so that they could jimmy it open for me. The AM shuttle was late, I had to ask the manager to call tofindhiminordertonotmissmyflight.
