They were having air conditioning issues with the room originally they found for my family of four so they gave us 2 rooms. It worked out just great since our teenage boys were able to have their own room just down the hall. The only complaint of the hotel was only one working elevator meant lots or wait time especially in the morning

The hotel was very clean. The staff was more then accomedating to ALL our needs. The price was better then reasonalbe, and the location was walkable to all the attractions we wanted to see. (approx 7 to 8 block to the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards)

The rooms where very nice but the one staff made the experince not very pleasurable. There was no park at the hotel available when we arrived. As a result, we had to park the car about 2 block away becuase the one staff member was rude and told us they didn't have parking there for us. Parking should be avail able for guests

I went the same weekend the previous year and found the rooms to be somewhat dingy. They had renovated since, and this year the rooms had been completely remodeled. The only issue I had was that one elevator was out of service. Other than that the staff and accomodations were very pleasant.

The booking of the hotel wen't smooth, but when I arrived at the hotel, they did not have the hotel rooms ready for us. The hotel was in bad shape - we had no air conditioning in our rooms and they gave us a king bed when we had reserved two queens. All in all a bad experience.

No, elevators didn't work, we couldnt check into our rooms 2 hours past check-in time because the previous occupants hadn't left yet, there was no air conditioning and you could not open the windows. Overall, worst experience I have had at a hotel and somehow it cost $125. However, they will let you sleep 6 dudes in one room.
