We stayed here for a week and although at first were a little underwhelmed (it is a fairly basic hotel), by the end of the stay we loved it.

The location is fantastic being right in the middle of the Gap (though you can hear the nearby clubs at night so best to sleep with windows shut and aircon on), the staff really friendly (especially the night porter) and the views from the balcony are unbelievable.

If you want a caribbean resort hotel, this wont be for you but for a cheap fun base in a good location, its hard to beat.
