**Members Only Hotel**

The hotel is in a good location. The reception staff and welcome were great. Breakfast excellent. However, our room was very small (one of the smallest) and given we had booked and paid for it five months ahead, we felt we were not receiving value for money. Also there were no facilities for our late departure as the hotel was full (e.g. a shower room).

Good central Location, Clean, modern Hotel, Food excellent( Breakfast+ Evening Restaurant).Dissapointed with Gym, Unable to use, fault with machine.Jaccusi, payment required to use after 1pm. Room,so small, unable to get out of bed and walk around it without bending back over the bed, due to odd angle of wall. Mini bar at foot of bed, unable to fully open door,as bed restricted it. View was white washed brick wall,10 ft away, Wardrobe, 3ft wide x12" deep!Bathroom however was ample size and very nice,all Marble and well stocked with goodies!Should'nt be marketed as Double Room!

Jacuzzi great although only small, as were the bedrooms. Breakfast was excellent and staff very obliging

Excellent location close to Gothic area. Very clean and welcoming hotel. Staff very helpful. Superb value for money - the continental breakfast was included in our rate and did not disappoint at all. Room was small but quiet - suited our needs for a short New Year break.
