This 3 star hotel was definitely at the top of its rating. The rooms were bijou but very comfortable with all mod cons. The breakfast buffet was particularly good given the range of food available although some might be disappointed that there was no hot food on offer but that wasn´t a problem for me. The hotel is well situated with a 5/10 min walk to the metro.
I would defnitely stay there again as allmy expectations were met and some surpassed!

A Good In City Hotel

I would recomend this hotel to others, the rooms are fine but are "city centre" basic and clean, fairly modern. The breakfast however was very good, well set out and restocked instantly.
We only stayed in the room over night with a third collapseable bed made it a slight squeeze with a large teenager. Happy with the value for money.

We were a little concerned about this hotel before we arrived having read mixed reviews but we were delighted with the welcome we received as well as the room. It was fairly basic but everything was very clean and well maintained. The safe in the room was a bonus especially as we had heard so many tales of pickpockets in Barcelona (we didn't see any of course!) Breakfast catered for all tastes and was plentiful and regularly replenished. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a bargain without sacrificing quality.

The hotel is a good 30 minute walk to the city centre and another 15 minutes (45 in total) to get to the nearest beach. All depending on what you want from your city break, if you want to be in the centre of everything, then NO I wouldnt recommend this hotel, having said that, the area of Barcelona this hotel is in is nice, with plenty of traditional shops and cafes scattered around, which makes the long walk in to 'town' tolerable. In the opposite direction to 'town' is the Barcelona's football ground, the Nou Camp, we also walked this and it took about an hour! We let some so-called friends book this hotel for us, as they 'supposidly' new Barcelona. This hotel was too far out for us, but is friendly, clean. rooms are small but equipped, even having hairdryers in the bathrooms! No Balconies though
