I would recommend it to others because of location. Bigger disappointment was to be without hot water for 24 hours. NO, hotel did not meet my expectations.

A good hotel in a great location. I wholeheartedly agree with other reviewers that noise is a great concern. You will experience a lot of noises on Friday and Saturday nights/early mornings. Sunday night is better because most shops are closed. Expect garbage collection noises at around 11:30pm every night and early delivery vans between 8 and 9 am if not earlier. Otherwise the hotel staff are courteous and speak good English. Room is clean and a bit bigger than many hotel rooms. The lift is rather small, it can only accommodate four people without any luggage at one time. Did not have any breakfast at the hotel and cannot comment on it.
