We can recommend Redwall Hotel to our freinds or any one with out any hesitation. Our stay was really good value for money. We got what we paid for and met our expectations. We had our personal problems f.ex due to language, nearly no body speaks English in Beijing. We wished that there were more people in hotel who could speak better English.
We may come back to Redwall hotel next time.

Very good for the price. Very well located.
But we were given a room with single beds when we had requested a king or queen. We were too tired to get it changed.
The personnel at the restaurant for breakfast does not seem to appreciate clients. Smiling is probably not in the job requirements.

The hotel was totally OK. The beds were a little hard, but could still get a good night's sleep. The workers there spoke very little if any English. It's in a good location, about 10 min walk to the nearest metro station/15 min to Tiananman square.

In a quiet side of the city...in front of a very reasonably priced restaurant - I am recommending it to tourist who wants to be near the Palace Museum.
It was a good value for the money, staff spoke English and has its own travel agency.
I expected to have free internet in the room but here, a 10 yuan is charge every hour and its not WIFI. WIFI is only at the Lobby.

Very friendly staff, convenient located to Zhongguanchun area, room with all the necessary facilities which is a plus but let down by the apparent lack of ventilation.

The price I got from Skoosh is quite good, even including breakfast. The hotel started from 2008, but the decoration in-room is not very quality to match I.C's level.

The location of the hotel is bang in the middle of CBD Wangfujing. in the vicinity of Hilton and lot other more expensive hotels. Close to Forbidden city and Tianmen sqauare.
We could walk around to these places.
Despite language issues staff was very cooperative and ensured that we got service.
Great value for money. Specially we put up extra bed in our twin room and 3 people could stay comfortably.
Met the expectations except for inhouse bar which was empty most of the time.

good location, good service and decent value. only problem was a check in when there was considerable problem in staff confirming the reservation. after that, all was fine. the currency exchange in lobby was handy, and at proper rates.

Stayed here for two nights in July 2009. Were very impressed with what is offered at a relatively low price. Good location and very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and varied breakfast compared to what you can expect at similarly priced local hotels. Mini fridge well stocked and reasonably priced. Good food for lunch or dinner. Would stay there again if revisiting Beijing. Highly recommended.

We would certainly recommend Raffles Hotel to anyone looking for a luxury hotel in Beijing.
Accommodation and service were of a very high standard. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were particularly impressed by their command of English and the effort they made to ensure our needs were met.
The accommodation package obtained via Skoosh was excellent value.
The whole trip exceeded our expectations. On request, the hotel arranged a pickup for us at the airport. Having an English speaking escort from the door of the aircraft, through all formalities to the waiting car, was a great bonus.
