Built in 1960 and renovated in 2008, this hotel comprises a 3-storey main building and a single-floored annexe block that offer a total of 56 bedrooms, 38 standard, 10 superior, 6 executive and 2 junior suites. Facilities on offer include a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, free Internet access, a cloakroom, a lift and a café. There is also a bar (serving food daily), a TV room, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant, 16 conference suites, a public Internet terminal, and laundry and room services on offer to guests. Those arriving by car may make use of the free on-site car park. This centrally located airport and conference hotel lies just 10 minutes from the city centre and enjoys an ideal location between the parliament and the city centre, just a stone's throw from links to the public transport network. Many shopping venues, countless bars, pubs and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity. There is a gym available for use. Lunch and dinner may be taken à la carte or chosen from the menu. Furthermore, special dietary requirements may be accommodated and individual-specific dishes may be prepared. By car: from Belfast City Airport follow the road to Bangor and take a right turn at the first set of traffic lights. This right turn brings guests on to the Holywood Road. Follow this road until just before the Belmont Road junction. The hotel is on the right.

highly recommend this hotel customer service excellent ....food excellent recommend the ribeye steak with champ delicious ....rooms very high standard for the price... tv over bath pure heaven .... staff excellent looking forward to next trip

Park Lane was excellent

room for improvement

Arrived at the hotel after a 4 hour car journey and a few hours in Ikea. Checked in at desk and went to our room. Discovered we were allocated a smoking room. Neither my wife or I smoke and the smell of cigarettes and air fresheners were really strong. I went downstairs to bring this to the desks attention. I was told there were no other rooms available that were non smoking and that I should have specified a non smoking room when booking through the agency (SKOOSH) We were very undecided as to what to do. Our room phone rany and the other receptionist there told us she had a twin room and could switch us to that if we wanted. This is what we did. The twin room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was average. Poor fruit selection, scones were dry and croissants were wrapped in plastic

roomsare good standard when we asked for more bath towels they were there before we finished breakfast! The food was fantastic and the pavola was to die for!! Its been the best breakfast we have had in all the hotels we've stayed in. It was good value for money no doubt,the only thing lacking is there isn't a proper reception lobby were you could sit and relax have a coffee or drink otherwise it was fine.

Everything is perfect, except, well, they are renovating now, so power sockets didn't work in my room :)
