The building, which was reformed in 2002, has 24 apartments. There are some with views of the swimming pool, depending on availability. Each one has one or two bedrooms (maximum capacity of 4 to 6 people), each bedroom has two single beds, a living/dining room with a sofa bed for two people, fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped bathroom and terrace. In addition there is a swimming pool, outdoor parking, cleaning upon arrival and when leaving, and weekly cleaning with a change of towels and sheets for those staying more than 7 nights.

Location: 200 metres from Playa Levante, next to the Don Pancho Hotel. A central area with a lively atmosphere at night.
