The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is excellent - very central for the main transport routes, shopping etc. We had B&B and the breakfasts were excellent - you can order bacon and eggs if want an english breakfast. The whole hotel is spotless. I would certainly go back

we found the Alexander Plaza Hotel Berlin a very nice and comfortable hotel,excellent staff and service,in a very good location that met all our expectations,very good value for money,highly recomended. P.S-one shedow,due to an inquiry made for us-inside Berlin-by the front desk we were charged the sum of 29 euro,though we doubt if such a service requiers such an extra charge it did not spoile the good taste of staying in the hotel.
