Art'otel Berlin Mitte is a 4 star hotel in Berlin.
The unique Art'otel Berlin Mitte combines the historic Ermelerhaus and modern architecture, right in the heart of the historic centre of Berlin. Similar to a gallery, the entire Art'otel is dedicated to George Baselitz, one of the most famous contemporary German artists. The architecture and the exclusive interior design have been created by Austrian architect Johanne Nalbach. Our philosophy is based on the combination of outrageous service with outrageous design. Art'otel Berlin mitte has 109 spacious and modern guest rooms including suites and art suites. Two stylish meeting rooms and a business-centre, in addition to the banqueting facilities in the Ermelerhaus, make the Art'otel the perfect place for a variety of events. The hotel's Factory restaurant & bar, part of the historic Ermelerhaus, offers creative and tempting cuisine.

Very classy and modern style. Efficient and calm environment. Impeccably clean. Linens on bed neatly ironed. Staff, extremely professional and friendly and very helpful.Great location. Enormous selection for breakfast. Can't wait to return!

Clean and comfortable. Too hot in public areas. Limited lounge areas. Good breakfast. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of museums. Close to public transport. Good value for money. The art work is obviously an acquired taste and may be better viewed from Australia as many of the pictures appear to be upside down!

Good location - right next to the U-Bahn, in the heart of Mitte. The hotel was of a good standard, but the room furnishings looked a little tired. The bed was a little on the soft side, and the one pillow was very squishy and unsupportive, but they did bring me up another one when I asked for one. On the plus side, the room was dead quiet (get a room on the back that looks out over the canal - no traffic noise at all) and the bathroom had been recently renovated. Breakfast is taken in a light and bright atrium, with a large range of foods. Staff were helpful and polite, even making a photocopy for me at no extra charge. Internet access is available in the lobby at the computer there, but it's not clear what the cost is - the screen invites you to simply swipe your credit card, though why you'd do that before knowing what they're gonna charge you - heaven only knows!
