Really happy with Berlin, Berlin - the rooms were large, and comfortable. Staff were friendly, and the hotel had a trendy techno-style complete with virtual Koi carp pond in the lobby. |

We really enjoyed the spa in the basement o fthis hotel. The "spa" had a sauna, a foot bath, and an outdoor area with lounge chairs-a great way to end a long day in Berlin. From Hotel Berlin-Berlin, it was about a 10 minute walk to the subway station, but not as centrally located as we had originally thought. Explore the neighborhood, though-especially Einstein's Bar-and you'll find a ton of great little less touristy places with decent prices. The hotel seemed to cater to conferences, as there were lots of people in nametags scattered throughout the lobby. There is an odd set-up where the 5th floor tower does not connect to the other 4 floors via elevator. Getting to the spa in bathrobes through the sea of nametages invited special challenges... The breakfast was outstanding with a large slection of cheeses, breads, fruits, yogurts, juices, eggs, and bacon. |

Yes,definetly,we were all impressed with the immaculate decor,it did not look much from outside but once you stepped into the reception it was fantastic, the rooms were great, the bar area, the dining room everything about it was great,it was great value for money,it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in,we were just disappointed with Berlin itself. |
