I was ridiculously impressed by the size and comfort of the rooms for the price. What some European hotels pass off as "suites" could have been displayed in our business room. The closet alone was larger than some Berlin hotel rooms I've stayed in.

When we inquired about the wireless internet, a staff person was at our door not more than 45 seconds after promising to send someone. The service was closer to five star than what you can expect of four star hotels these days.

Parking was effortless and incredibly inexpensive for the area. Housekeeping was around until 2 PM! I almost feel bad, but short of there not being a slip mat in the shower, there's really nothing bad I can say about this hotel!

The hotel was in a quiet location close to a subway station which made it easy to tour the city. The room was HUGE but somewhat old. It was clean and we had good service. It was a good value for the money but the hotel could use some updating.
