recommend for convenience pleasant hotel staff very friendly and helpful hotel very expensive to eat in the evening with disapointing meals

Only got a double room after walking up and down to three different rooms (all twins). Third room we had, the shower flooded the carpet each time it was used, even after reporting it the same happened next morning! Slightly disappointing although good location.

I would recommened this hotel to all my family and friends, i was impressed with the rooms, the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. it was also good value for money

Modern, bright and fresh. Reasonable sized room, good clean shower/bathroom.
Easy and convenient car parking.

The hotel overall was very good, however we were unfortunate to be greeted by the new receptionist, who only knew how to find double rooms on the system - as two girls travelling we needed and had booked a twin. The receptionist told us all the twins had been gone, however I had just over heard the next receptionist giving guest a choice. Fortunately she realised we were going to accept her statement and so she asked her colleague for help. Unfortunately however she gave us a twin that was only set up for 1 person, so we had to request extra towels, tea, coffee etc. But these were all brought to the room very promptly.

Having stayed at this hotel on other occasions, once again we were not disappointed, the location is excellent, rooms are clean and modern. Service was very good; arriving early we could use our room. Good breakfast but can be busy. We would definitely recommend both this hotel and booking through Skoosh.

Bright, modern decor, attentive staff and reasonable price if booked ahead, dependant upon dates chosen. Attached restaurent serves well presented meals, with good service. A good bet for anyone attending a business event at the nearby ICC.

The hotel was fantastic, a speedy booking in and the room was bright and fresh. Breakfast was served up to 11am, at 10am we went down for breakfast. After queing for a table that wasnt set - we opted for cereal before our cooked breakfast as the queue for this was big, when we went to get our hot breakfast, most of the items had gone and where not going to be replaced, and when we got back to the table it had been cleared - gone where the tea, coffee, toast and juice. It was such a pity that breakfast let the whole stay down.
