**Members Only Hotel** is a 4 star hotel in Birmingham. Opened in February 2002, [hidden] is a deluxe 242-bedroom hotel superbly located in the grounds of the Birmingham National Exhibition Centre (NEC), next to Birmingham International Airport. Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast.
Friendly staff, suggested we left the car in the hotel carpark after checking out as we were staying for the afternoon performance. Very convenient for nec. Would go there again.

Very nice decor throughout the hotel and particularly the bedrooms. Food was excellent in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The hotel is brilliantly situated for the NEC and we would definately return.

The hotel receptionist was not friendly; also she tried to charge me for Breakfast which was already paid for. If not for this, the hotel would receive 5***** from me!

THE RECEPTION WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH THE PARKING.ROOM WAS VERY GOOD,NICE LARGE BED,THE BREAKFAST SPREAD WAS SUPER.[NICE TO DO YOUR OWN TOAST]. THIS HOTEL WAS AN IDEAL LOCATION.for the GARDEN SHOW,GOOD VALUE for MONEY.
