BRILLIANT AGAIN. ONLY DISAPPOINTED ON ARRIVAL WHEN ROOM DEFINITELY SMELT OF TOBACCO SMOKE - NOT NICE FOR NON-SMOKERS. HOWEVER WE CHANGED ROOMS AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH OUR REPLACEMENT. WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

The property is very dated - it is well maintained but desperately in need of a refit. The bathroom although clean was not particularly pleasant to be in and the shower poor. Staff were pleasant and helpfull breakfast very good. I was disappointed there was not a pool.
I would have been very disappointed with the accomodation if I had paid full price. I would recommend it to someone only with the above caveats and only if they could get it at a reduced rate. Otherwise there are far nicer hotels in Birmingham.

Easy check in as regular customer,upgrade room as a card holder. Good value for money using this web site to book. Hotel is in a very good locatuion.
I would recommend it to both buisness and leisure guests.

Room was very warm - and took a whilw for the air conditioning to kick in, Room servie was fast and very good.
