not hotel campanile
you must have a 24 hour contact at any hotel - i had driven down from london after along dive i needed a soft bed and a hot bath what i got was a dark shut hotel reception and a full
check by police wondering why if i was about to break in i then had to drive to hotel edgebaston and pay £100 for a night they say we cost more money but offer secure attended hotel site.
service is important in this industry we must have good service increase your prices and provide proper service
who would i see if the room had no power or hot water ?
how much money does reputation cost.

i drive all over europe staying in hotels this is the worst experience i have ever had
