The shuttle bus was extremely useful and always punctual.
Very good value for money.
The only problem we had was when we checked in and said we were booked in for bed breakfast and evening meal (half board) they said we were just booked in for bed and breakfast. I showed them our voucher from Skoosh for half board, but she said half board was bed and breakfast. She also phoned reservations and thay said the same. I phoned skoosh and a member of your staff sorted it out for us.

When we arrived to check in after a long day at the nec, it took a while to be checked in, once we were eventually given our room key despite our paperwork stating a double room we were given a twin, we tried to communicate to reception via the room phone but it was out of order so had to take a long walk back to reception, we were then given a 2nd room which was filthy, stained bed sheets, cob webs and spiders every where, again the phone was un available so yet another walk to reception, at this point being very tired and struggling to walk as I'm disabled I was ready to go home but we had a 2nd showing at the nec and didn't want to miss it. Our 3rd room was not great still had a fridge full of the previous occupants sundries.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the welcome by the receptionist was very good and her smile was very charming.Breakfast was well laid out and a good choice although could have been slighty warmer. The room was kept very clean, was cold on arrival but the air conditioning was turned down and once reset soon warmed us up, the noise of it did keep my wife awake and although turning it off helped for a short while it turned it self back on within fifteen minutes. My only down point on our stay was the car parking charges would have thought someone stopping more than one day could have been excused them. overall considering its next to the airport no noise of air traffic could be heard, the hotel was kept clean and tidy and the hotel team where helpful and cheerful.

Would recommend this hotel for convenience to station. airport and NEC. Unfortunately, we were there during a very cold spell and the hotel restaurant and our bedroom were freezing cold. The staff were very pleasant, food was good and a courtesy bus runs between the station and airport. We had very good value for money but only through booking with Skoosh where the room rate was radically reduced with breakfast included - bargain!
