i personally did not like the way guests were allowed to eat walking around the lobby and lift areas to their rooms which was outside food and left over wrappers left in corridor when going down for breakfast

The spires is a perfect place to stay in the heart of birmingham, very clean and cosy and staff were friendly.

I was very pleasantly surprised I found the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel was immaculate everything was perfect not what I was expecting very good value for money even the drinks in the bar. Would definitely stay again

Ideal for shopping trip as it was about 10 mins walk to bullring shopping centre. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Would definately stay again

This hotel was perfect for what I needed, was given a complementary upgrade too which always helps.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and there was secure parking also, free wifi was also included.

Breakfast was a buffet and was always fresh and tasty.

I would return to this hotel and recommend it to ffriends

For a business trip or short stay this place is great value for money, staff are friendly and the rooms clean.
If you are looking for luxury you won't find it here, function over fashion.

I have stayed here on business a number of times but never booked through Skoosh before. The hotel is OK but with a little more effort on the part of management it could be great. If Birmingham gets any hot nights, the rooms become pretty unbearably overheated and I have yet to stay in a room where the air conditioning actually works. The fan comes on and recirculates the hot air but that's all. The restaurant is OK but the menu is a bit samey - fine if you like steak which they do very well but not much else. The breakfasts are the main plus point - they use Scottish bacon, sausages and black pudding which are all fantastic and they actually bring the toast to you. You don't have to make it yourself! The location is very central and handy for New Street Station.

The rooms and service were very good. We couldn't use the pool and gym as it closes quite early on a Saturday. The breakfast on Sunday morning was very good.

The nite nite hotel was great the staff was friendly the room was nice very clean not too far from the city centre bars and clubs , comfortable bed nice large tv would definitely reccomend to others and we will definitely be staying again :)

We would highly recommend the hotel to others particularly at the price being charged by Skoosh.
We were impressed by the easy yet efficient manner of the staff.

i have stayed at the hotel a few times and i have always recommended it. It is clean and there is an iron and board in every room,if you book online it is great value for money.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It was very moderately priced and modest but good value for money.
There was an excellent breakfast and the staff were lovely and very helpful.

I was attending a wedding and did not know the city and the staff helped me no end with this.

I would definitely use it again.

We found the hotel very good value for money, especially the breakfast which was included. The down side was that the room was rather small and the bed was not very comfortable. But overall I would stay again, but would book a larger room.
