Our room was O K but no air conditioning and when we opened our window noise of traffic was deafening. Also there was a wedding in the hotel and our room was just above the balconies and as it was a balmy night the wedding guests sat out till 3am. We requested a fan but were told none available. Surely it would have been easy to keep wedding a bit more separate from rest of hotel guests

We stayed one overnight here... the price was fair for a four star, and the bedrooms were clean and fresh, the breakfast was good, and the hotel is centrally located. We were very happy with our stay.

Generally, we found the hotel very good and convenient for our purposes, although we did have a few minor grumbles. We had booked a Queen/King bed and on arrival requested a quiet room. We were given a room on Floor 6, at the front of the hotel (overlooking a noisy expressway), with a standard double bed. We were offered upgrades: one at the back on Floor 6 (which we took), and one at the front on Floor 2! We were told that all the hotel beds were the same, but ours turned out to be a Kingsize! Housekeeping could have been improved - a dirty air vent grille in the bathroom, towel not replaced - and sudden lateral movement of the toilet seat was a constant hazard for the unwary. Breakfasts were excellent, although the Saturday hot food bar was not restocked until guests asked. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
