Reviews of Grand Metropole Hotel Blackpool

Stayed: Aug 2008

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful —

I was given one of the older rooms that had not been modernised, as we booked two rooms one was fine the other a mess asked at receprtion to change as we paid the same per person per room. I took a family with me and one room was on the first floor and other on third asked if we could have rooms closer and again was told no. Receptionist had no time for the client, Hotel was also 95% old people. Food ok have seen better and very unhelpful waiter called Paul, Though on the possitive a young girl waitress called Laura was helpful. Car park was full and we were told to park streets away and pay extra for that. Our room was facing a busy road night club and kebab take away and on the first night music and people shouting went on till 4 am.
