New England`s largest hotel, the [hidden] has recently completed a full-scale renovation project, so all areas of the hotel have been re-done. Located in Back Bay, the hotel is only 4 miles from Logan Airport and is close to the Financial District and businesses in Copley Square and Downtown Crossing, and one block from Newbury Street, the scenic Charles River and much more. The hotel is connected via an indoor walkway to the Hynes Convention Center and to two hundred shops at the Prudential Center and Copley Place. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped and the hotel also offers an outdoor pool, health and fitness club, spa and sauna. There are a number of restaurants to choose from, with a wide variety of meals, snacks and drinks. The staff here are well informed and are polite and friendly.

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful — Excellent location. Great for the wife to go shopping and close enough to walk to attractions with the children. Fantastic beds made getting up early difficult! Food expensive so much better value to eat at local cafes/pubs within 10min walk.

Great location - attached to Prudential Centre! Rooms were clean and facilities good. Very central and staff were friendly & pleasant. Changing facilities were disappointing for swimming pool. The changing area was nowere near the pool! You had to walk around the pool, then into the fitness area, then down a long corridor and the changing rooms were extremly pokey to say the least. Not very acceptable when you are wet and have small children with you.

Stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend. Our flight was late and it was gone midnight before we checked in. This was not a problem, and the room we were given was clean and tidy, and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The hotel is fairly large, there is a Starbucks in the lobby and a breakfast restaurant. There are also about 8 PC terminals which offer free internet access to all guests. The location is good, just one block away from shops, bars and restaurants. Would definetally stay here again, and we got a great price through skoosh for the four nights we were there.
