We stayed at the Lenox in May. The service was wonderful - including the desk clerks, the bell men, and the valet parking attendants. Everyone was very friendly. The location was great - it is in the heart of a nice shopping area, there are wonderful restaurants nearby, and it is in walking distance of Fenway Park. The public library is across the street, and the subway station is only a block away. The price that we got on Skoosh was also amazing. |

Spent 2 nights in May at the Lennox, and got a great deal through Skoosh ($175/night). The location was great, very close to the Subway, the neighborhood is really neat with tons of dining & shopping. Lennox staff was great, the bellhops were really friendly and made conversation each time we saw them. Perfect stay, no complaints. |

I stayed in the Hotel Lenox while at a conference. The hotel was ideally located (near, but not in the middle) in relation to the meetings. The normal stuff one expects from a nice hotel was present: iron and ironing board, comfortable bed, etc. What made it stand out were some really lovely small touches--great cookies at bed time, free broadband, free water, helpful staff, powerful shower, dressing gowns, refrigerator in the room. I needed to print something and they were very accommodating. Unfortunately on the last night I was in Boston I had to change hotels (the Lenox was full due to the marathon). I went to another larger premium hotel and the difference was stark in the omission of these small touches. Only down side to the Lenox was the lack of coffee facilities in the room. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again. |
