It was great, I love it, Much better than cats, I'm going to see it again and again. Seriously, the Lenox is very nice, especially if you get a good deal.

Yes, I'd recommend The Lenox. The friendliness of the staff - every porter, every desk clerk, the doorman, cleaning crew and both bars - City Bar and Solas - everyone was more than just doing their job or nice. Service was at the heart of every move and sentence. We had a considerable amount of luggage as we were in for a conference - and the porters wouldn't let us touch our bags. All in all, the stay was tremendous and when we told others at the conference where we were staying after we said The Lenox - each person oohed and ahhed. The reputation of The Lenox is fully deserved.

Spent 2 nights in May at the Lennox, and got a great deal through Skoosh ($175/night). The location was great, very close to the Subway, the neighborhood is really neat with tons of dining & shopping. Lennox staff was great, the bellhops were really friendly and made conversation each time we saw them. Perfect stay, no complaints.

This is a great hotel, right at Copley Plaza area - just 2 blocks from the T, so you can easily get anywhere in Boston. Free high-speed wireless internet access. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Bedroom and bathroom were both a little small, but were very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. No coffee makers in the room, but they have complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning, and Starbucks is half-block away. Turn-down service nightly included two yummy cookies. We did not try the on-site restaurant, but both bars were very nice. City Bar turns into a real hotspot on weekend nights - you might not be able to find a place to stand, much less a seat. The Irish pub was friendly, neighborhood spot. Recommend Stephanie's on Newbury for dinner, just one block from the hotel.
