The Hotel was ok, 4 star standards however I arrived with a very sour taste in my mouth after being ripped off by airport taxi's. I e-mailed the hotel to pre book a mini bus to pick 5 of us up from the airport but they never showed up! We got 2 taxi's instead and payed the meter price which worked out at £50 each for a 15 minute ride which sould have been about £15 each max! The hotel have still never given me a satisfactory reason as to why we were left stranded at the mercy of these con men.
I would not use this hotel again, have stayed in the Crowne Plaza Bratislava which is much nicer.

We had a great time at the hotel .Great location in the old pedestrian city . The lobby feel a bit Russian , and the clientele added to that.
It was not easy to find the location by car ,and hard to get into the parking lot .
We all love the breakfast , and felt transported back into the seventies.
finally the mattresses could improve.

I would definately recommend this hotel for people who want a fine hotel in a great central location.
Rooms are very comfortable and bathroom has great shower as well as bath.
Breakfast was superb and could be eaten on the outside terrace overlooking square - very nice!
Drinks in bar were a little pricier than in town but thats to be expected -slight drawback , bar closed at 1am.
Overall a great place to stay and reasonably good value for money .
