I enjoyed my stay at the Oceania Centre Ville. The room was modern and well-furnished and the ensuite bathroom was very nice. The staff were very polite and helpful despite my complete lack of French! The location of the hotel was good, just off the high street and within walking distance of many restaurants and the port. Breakfast was ample and good.
The only issue I had with the hotel was that my corridor was rather noisy - because of the modern decoration, the conversations of everyone passing by echoed off the walls and floors.
