Clean hotel with a great location just off the Grand Place. Rooms were larger than expected with nice bathrooms. Hotel had nice little touches but a few weak points such as small TV's with poor reception and no free internet access.

Breakfast was very nice and room service was OK with a very minimal menu after 10PM or when the chef left. Food was good.

The staff seemed nice and helpful.

Overall, I was happy with the hotel and would return in the future.
