Facilities include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a sitting area, a lobby bar, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a luggage storeroom, W-LAN Internet access, and lifts. Also on offer is an air-conditioned breakfast restaurant with room for up to 120 guests and offering daily newspapers.

Guests may book city tours or restaurants within the hotel, receive information about theatre performances, or hire cars. It is also possible to make use of the taxi, luggage services, alarm call, shoe clean, and laundry services, there is both parking space and a garage (charges apply) for those arriving by car.
