Would recommend

Room nice and big.
Breakfast with a lack of diversity considering that is a 4 star hotel, besides that Breakfast wasn't very tasty

hotel is in a great location, has large rooms and has potential to improve the service attitude of the staff.

walking distance to the old town and easy street parking made this a great choice.

Convenient location 10-15 minutes walk from Gare du Midi, and 10 minutes from the Grand Place (Grote Markt). Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean, with a large bed. Despite facing the street, it was very quiet, and had a small balcony. Breakfast was very good. Minor issues: Hairdryer was not working and we would have liked coffee/tea making facilities and a safe in room. Map provided by reception was barely adequate photocopy (compared to printed tourist maps provided in Ghent and Antwerp). But, we would definitely stay here again.

A good value through skoosh at least -- huge rooms, good furniture, excellent exercise space, adequate breakfast, excellent desk staff. Good location between Gare Midi (6 minute walk) & the Grand Place (12 minute walk, spires are visible from in front of the hotel). Many excellent places to eat and drink that are not too touristy between the hotel & the Grand Place. However, neighborhood is slightly dodgy & the street side of the hotel can be quite noisy -- if noise bothers you ask for the back which is quiet as the grave, although the rooms are slightly less large (though still huge). With respect to the neighbourhood, things get really dicey if you walk more than a few blocks west of the hotel (towards the river).

I will certainly stay again the next time I take the Eurostar to Brussels.
