Floris Hotel Louise

The location is great: less than a block from Avenue Louise, one of the main shopping streets of Brussels.

The room was large, and comfortable. Though it hadn't been re-furbished for some time, the room was clean, as was the bathroom.

I had to leave too early to have the (inclusive) breakfast.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

heating not working
ventilation of common areas not good, cooked meals smelling all over
clean rooms
nice bathrooms
friendly staff
logical breakfast
more of a bb than (4 star) hotel

curtains in the room not clean
safe out of batterries for 7 days-daily notices to the reception done
bulb in the room burnt-not replaced for 7 days-all of my stay
breakfast room smelling fried food-I wonder if a hood is in place at the kitchen
comfortable rooms
but things need improvement for an unspoiled stay
matches a 2 star bb than a 4star hotel
poor value for money under these things

Would definately stay at this hotel again.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Location ideal for accessing the EU quater as well as the rest of the city.
Unlike a number of so called 4* hotels in Brussels, this one lived up to its description.
Only slight problem was intermittent TV reception.

Ok location ,2-3min from tram stop ,very ackward to get upstairs to the rooms on two occasion there are stair,so with suitcases and pushchairs very awkward.
not disbled friendly ,definatly not a 4 star ,more like a high 2 star .
