Generally a very nice hotel. Good location, rooms were well turned out and of a decent size, beds were comfy - slight complaint was that there was a sign on the counter when we arrived (and no receptionist) and we had to wait for a while to check-in, but that really was the only bad thing we had to say about the place. |

I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Brussels. Clean, comfortable, good-sized rooms. There's a separate toilet and bathroom -no washbasin in loo. Location was fantastic - in heart of Sablon - great cafes/bars/shops etc right outside. A short 10 min stroll to Grand Place and all the other attractions of the city. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet wasn't included in the price of our room -looked good but was a tad too expensive at 16 euros so we went outside. Only disappointment (and warning) is that we had requested twin beds. We were acquaintances rather than good friends - but we had two single beds pushed together as a double which we tried to separate but bedside tables didn't allow for much room - had to totally reorganise room to give us all some space! it worked out ok in the end. Wld certainly go back. |

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, it was in a quiet side street - they are putting down cobble stones on the road outside but this did not adversely effect us and will be completed shortly. |

Despite the initial confusion of having the hotel address in Dutch and all the street maps in our guide books in French plus the fact that roadworks directly outside the hotel made it almost impossible to get to the front entrance, the Eurostars Sablon was smart and comfortable. As we'd booked on a room only basis, we were a little disappointed to discover that there were no coffee making facilities in the room or any room service, so were unable to get our usual caffeine fix before leaving the hotel very early the next morning. This was hardly a disaster, but surprising for a 4 star hotel. The toiletries were a bit piddly too, barely enough shampoo to wash my hair and no separate shower gel or bath foam to enjoy in the lovely, powerful shower and very inviting , deep bath. Oh well. Overall, good value for money. |

I stayed here for one night. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but you'd expect that from any city hotel, although this was made worse because they were digging up the road in front of the hotel. I shouldn't think this will be an issue for long. |
