Groot hotel maar parkeergarage is wat ingewikkeld.

Het hotel ligt in een drukke wijk. Direct aan een grote winkelstraat die gaat naar het centrum. Tegenover een groot winkelcentrum. Om de hoek ligt een goed restaurant. Veel gezinnen met kinderen, die 's avonds nogal veel lawaai maken met dichtslaande deuren. Iets gedateerd, maar ziet er verder goed verzorgd uit. Je krijgt korting om te parkeren. De parkeergarage onder het hotel kent meerdere verdiepingen. En is wat ingewkkeld te bereiken. Beter is bagage voor het hotel in- en uit te laden en niet in de garage. Kleine liften naar het hotel toe. Veel lawaai van sirenes van hulpdiensten. Geen dubbelglas dus ook verkeer lawaai.

near city center but not nice area, poor service for big chain hotel and horrible rooms (very old and simple)

I would certainly recommend the hotel to others. It is well-maintained, in a lively area of Brussels, with plenty of facilities and large rooms. For me, it was good VFM, especially as I had an offer price of £93 per night.

Key location in Brussels, quite nice spaciuos rooms and level of service was excellent.

A Sheraton - for better or worse. Professional staff, good breakfast, good location, some rooms somewhat old in feel. Altogether,what matters is the price you get for the time you want to spend there - sometimes you can obtain terrific value, other times you pay through the nose.
