I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I have stayed in many hotels in Budapest, including Le Meridien, Kempinski and Intercontinental. This hotel is a good deal cheaper, but not very different in terms of standard. The Location is fine - quiet back street not far from Nyugati Station \ West End Shopping Centre. Easy Walk to Public Transport. The Bedrooms are not huge, but not escpecially small. Nicely furnished, modern and clean. The bathrooms are spotless and furnished to a decent standard. The breakfast is complimentary and more than adequate.
The bottom line is that if you want to spend hours and hours in your room, then I woudl probably plump for Le Meridien. However, if you want a base to explore the city that is good value, pleasant, welcoming and a good standard, then I woudl most certainly stay here.

I would strongly recommend the Best Western Parlament, Budapest. It is really well placed in Buda for a brief walk to the main tourist areas and restaurants.
The staff were all very helpful and spoke English to a high standard, especially on the reception.
The room was spotless and very well maintained, breakfast was also excellent.
Overall tremendous value for money, would use again without hesitation.
Minor grumble was that the in-house laundry was on the expensive side compared to the price of the hotel.

This hotel was all that a hotel should be. Great location, smart modern rooms, excellent service and a fresh breakfast. We glot this hotel for £45/night for B&B, I've never had such great value. Book here and you wont be disappointed.
