This is a modern hotel offering comfortable facilities and good service. In the heart of the Theater and Financial Districts and connected to the Buffalo Convention Center. Hyatt Regency is accessible to all major highways and expressways making Niagara Falls and Casino Niagara a twenty minute drive. This hotel was very nice. Great staff. Check-in was fast and courteous. Valet parking @ $20 Nice bar and lounge. Late night snacks for sale in lobby

Hyatt downtown Buffalo does the job.

The Hyatt Regency Buffalo is incredibly convenient to HSBC Arena, Chippewa Street, the Theater District and the subway. The staff is extremely friendly and competent, and the rooms were large and clean, if not thoroughly average in their furnishings.
