When we come to Buffalo, one of the most important things for us to find is a hotel with an indoor pool for the kids. To our disappointment, the pool wasn't even heated (under repair) and the jacuzzi was filthy. Would not recommend.

The room was spacious. Multiple shower heads in bath. Quite room. Access to computer in lobby was convenient. It met my expectations for the price. I would stay there again.

I would recommend it for sure, the WIFI connection was a bit problematic although the reception was exelent. The service was very good, the room was clean when I got there, but after maids made the room some pillows were left without their cases by mistake. The location is walking distance from the airport.

Overall room is clean BUT bed sheet (smaller than the bed size), blanket, pillow case are old, stained and worn out.
Apparently bed sheet has NOT been changed though a new guess check-in.

- standard quality inn hotel
- upper level rooms are very hard to access (one staircase)
- would recommend for temp stay

The condition is as expected for a 2 star hotel. It's clean, people there are nice. Shuttle to the airport is convenient. The swimming pool is very small. The internet is kind of slow. In general it was a good experience.

They aren't good at accomodating requests. Smoking rooms smell like smoke, and I'm not a smoker.
