I would recommend this hotel to others although I noticed that they have charged me and extra $134 to my mastercard so trying to deal with that right now.

This hotel was very nice. Great staff. Check-in was fast and courteous. Valet parking @ $20
Nice bar and lounge.

I would highly reccomend this hotel to others.
really friendly and helpful staff.clean and inexpensive.
a goodshuttle service to wherever you wanted to go.It has a good restaurant with excellent food.
I would certainly book there again if i return to that part of the world.Buffalo is a lovely city and we found everyone we met very friendly.
this hotel surpassed our expectations

We were given a room right beside the evelator when we asked for a room change it was done immediately with smiles and help for the staff. Breakfast was very good lots of food.I would reccomend this hotel to others.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Bedding very comfortable. The location is easy to find and staff very friendly. Only negative is that the walls are too thin. We had a group of young men in room next door who were very loud and blowing a horn. Other than that this is an excellent hotel and we enjoyed our stay very much.

damn swimming pool was too warm..sauna ws not hot enough...and a long distance 2 minute call to canada at a location less than 30 km cost me close to 10.00 american............but other than that ......all was great.was very close to the hsbc arena and local restaurants/venues.

The room was spacious. Multiple shower heads in bath. Quite room. Access to computer in lobby was convenient. It met my expectations for the price. I would stay there again.

We liked the hotel a lot. Nice clean room. Free High Speed Internet but no fridge/microwave.

Great Hotel, and awesome location to boot! The service was outstanding, very friendly staff. Make sure that you stop in the lobby and visit SIMBA the African Grey Parrot, she is amazing!! Oh and the breakfast was wonderful! Whenever I stay up in Buffalo,NY I will always stay here. *****Highly recommended!!!!****
