We really enjoyed our stay at the JW Marriott Cancun. The service was really great...the pools are nice and just really like that it wasnt overcrowded. The patios on our rooms were quite small though which was the only thing that ever bothered me (and not that much). Great value and would return again in a heartbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the JW Marriott Cancun. The hotel was very clean; the staff courteous; the grounds breathtaking and the views stunning. You really couldn't ask for anything nicer. It was a delight and I would certainly recommend this to anyone going to Cancun. We are planning to stay there the next time we go. There are several restaurants in the hotel and several at the sister and next door hotel Marriott - all of which you can access as a guest, or go on the strip for other choices. There are several pools from which to choose (family/adults). You also can get a massage in a hut by the pool facing the beach. Terrific choice.

We thought $14.95 a day for intranet access was a little steep.also 6.00 dollars for a small bottle of water in the piano bar was a little steep,when a bottle of beer was the same price.but anyone would have to admit it was just pure elegence but for the price,it should be.h

Definitely recommend, wait staff wonderful, every amenity you could possible want. Great Spa! Great Restaurants! Great Pool! We loved everything about this hotel. This is our second year to stay there and we plan on going back again next year!

Nice rooms and comfortable beds; we really liked the multiple connected pools with plenty of chairs and umbrellas; there is very little beach at this hotel but the infinity edge pool is right on the beach which is where we spent most of our time anyway. Restuarants were OK/good except one bad experience with salad bar at the Argentine steak house restuarant on our last night (wife got sick). I would return here again especially with the good price we got through Skoosh.
